Liebe Eltern,
am Samstag den 16.09.2023 findet von 10:00 bis 13:00 Uhr das Sommerfest an unserer Grundschule statt.
Wir als Förderverein freuen uns auf Ihre Unterstützung, um den Kindern ein tolles Fest zu ermöglichen.
Wir bitten pro Klasse um die Spende von 2 Kuchen und 2 Salaten (ohne Majonaise). Wir bitten die Elternvertreter:innen um die Organisation innerhalb der Klassen.
Alle Spendeneinnahmen des Sommerfests gehen an den Förderverein und kommen damit zu 100% den gemeinnützigen Schulprojekten zugute.
Für die Besetzung des Essens- und Getränkestands, des Grills sowie für den Auf- und Abbau benötigen wir auch Ihre Mithilfe.
Wir haben vier Zeitblöcke geplant:
09:30 – 10:30 Uhr -> Aufbau und Standbetreuung
10:30 – 11:30 Uhr -> Standbetreuung
11:30 – 12:30 Uhr -> Standbetreuung
12:30 – 13:30 Uhr -> Standbetreuung + Abbau
Wir haben Online-Abfrage gestartet, in die Sie sich mit Ihrem Namen und der Klasse Ihres Kindes eintragen können.

Damit niemand länger als eine Stunde mithelfen muss und alle mit ihren Kindern zusammen feiern können, hoffen wir auf zahlreiche Unterstützung aus allen Klassen.

Summer Party 2023 – We need your assist
Dear Parents,
On Saturday, September 16th, 2023 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. the summer party will take place at our elementary school. As a support association, we look forward to your support so that the children can have a great summer party.
We ask for the donation of 2 cakes and 2 salads (without mayonnaise) per class. We ask the parent representatives for the organization within the classes.
All donations from the summer festival go to the association to support essenstandgrillnon-profit school projects.
We also need your help to staff the food and drink stand, the grill and set up and dismantle.
We have planned four blocks of time.
9:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. -> Setup and stand support
10:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. -> Stand support
11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. -> Stand support
12:30 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. -> Stand support + dismantling
